That would make anyone melt. I definitely have a soft spot for my boy. Of all of our children, Darren really prefers his mommy. (As a baby, Adriana seemed to only want me if she was hungry or hurt - other than that, it was Dad or Grandpa all the way.) If I've been gone, when I walk in the door he will come running and tackle me with a huge hug and "kisses." He'll also drop what he's doing and run to me from across the house if I call him. I've gotta say, it is awfully gratifying to be so wanted and revered. :)
